With reference to your request to order Harrier International Directory # 9. I regret to have to advise you that Tim 'Magic' Hughes, publisher and owner of HI, passed away on the 24th January, 1998. Until the future of HI is determined, I am temporarily managing any ongoing business.

As all the bank accounts of HI are inoperable, I shall only be able to process your order if you oblige me with a Bankers Order ( Draft ) - not personal cheque - made out to me personally ( Neil Hutchinson ), and forward it to the address below. I have opened a bank account under the scrutiny of the BH3 for this purpose. Due to the difficult Thai banking regulations for a non-registered organization, this is the best service that either I, or BH3, can offer. Regret that for reasons of the foregoing banking problems I cannot accept payment by Credit Card transfer.

Upon receipt of your payment of US$ 13.50 each, dispatch will be effected within 3 - 4 days from Bangkok. Please confirm your mailing address. We would appreciate your collating as many HI Directories as you require on one order to avoid our having to pay excessive bank commissions.
